My first visit was wonderful and Dr. Sulkowski addressed all my concerns. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. Kendra had my vitals and info done quickly and my blood draw was a breeze.

Dr always answers all my questions, I never feel rushed. Kendra is a great nurse. Never hurts taking blood and my meds are always called in quickly.

Dr. Sulkowski has been my primary care doctor for over 20 years. Unfortunately, I’m moving out of state soon and will miss his excellent care and friendly manner. I’ll be very lucky to find a new doctor who’s half as good as Dr. Sulkowski.

Good as always. I was supposed to have a physical but didn’t feel well and Dr. Sulkowski, being flexible as usual, allowed for it to be a consultation, and still give plenty of time to discuss other health matters. The nurse, as always, was very compassionate and thorough. I’ve been a patient there for many years and don’t look forward to the day Dr. Sulkowski retires.

Dr. Sulkowski and his staff have always been so amazing. They listen to you and truly make you feel heard. I have always been able to tell their patients' health is their top priority, which is not always the case at many health facilities. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
